Acceptance of Terms
By using De Elos Special Kitchen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order unless paying cash on delivery.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are approximate. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Please ensure delivery instructions are accurate.
Reservations
Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After that, refunds are issued at our discretion based on preparation status.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by De Elos Special Kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
